Every parcel is scored 0–100 across six weighted dimensions — Title Integrity, Ownership Chain, Terrain, Access, Market Growth, Regulatory — and graded Tier S, A or B.

Vetted local advisors run a fixed five-item field checklist — title search, site inspection, beacon verification, e-GIS cross-check, customary claim check — with GPS and timestamp capture.

Verified Deal Escrow

Buyer funds sit in escrow and move funded → verifying → released only when LandSnap returns CLEAR. No CLEAR verdict, no release. That is the product's core mechanic.

What this portal demonstrates

The portal at edgeog.tech is a working prototype of the EoG Africa pipeline for two Nigerian cities — Lagos (premium market) and Enugu (emerging-city value market). It ships with a seeded portfolio of nine parcels, two live escrow deals, and a small advisor network, so every stage of the pipeline can be exercised end to end:

Score — Desk Analysis scores any parcel in Lagos or Enugu from coordinates alone, producing the EoG Score, dimension radar, development-concept matches and risk flags.
Verify — LandSnap field verification turns desk analysis into ground truth: a vetted advisor runs the five-item checklist and returns a CLEAR or FLAGGED verdict.
Connect — The Deal Room escrows buyer funds and gates release on that CLEAR verdict, so capital only moves against verified ground.
