Is this live?

No. The portal at edgeog.tech is a proof of concept. Parcels, prices, scores, verifications, advisors and deals are simulated demo data, and the escrow pipeline moves no real funds. It exists to demonstrate the EoG Africa pipeline — Score → Verify → Connect — end to end on realistic Lagos and Enugu scenarios.

Is the ₦ pricing real?

No — it is illustrative. Asking prices (₦8.5M on the Nsukka corridor up to ₦250M in Lekki Phase 1) are chosen to be plausible for their districts so the demo reads realistically, but they are not valuations, listings, or offers. Pipeline values and escrow amounts on the dashboard are aggregates of that demo data.

Does a CLEAR verdict guarantee title?

No. A CLEAR LandSnap verification means the five-item field and records checklist passed on the day it was performed, by EoG and its advisor network. It is:

• not a government-issued guarantee of title,
• not a substitute for independent legal advice — retain your own counsel,
• not ongoing — it is a point-in-time check and does not monitor the parcel afterwards.

In this proof of concept the checklists are additionally simulated; treat every verdict as a demonstration of the workflow, not an assessment of real land.

What happens to money in the Deal Room?

Nothing real. The Deal Room simulates an escrow state machine — funded → verifying → released / flagged — to demonstrate the verification gate. No real money is held or moved. The production design is that a licensed escrow/trust partner holds buyer funds while EoG provides the verification trigger that authorizes release. See Verified Deal Escrow.

Who is EoG Africa?

EoG Africa builds land intelligence and trust infrastructure for Nigeria's diaspora-driven property economy: parcel scoring, localized title-risk screening, field verification, and verification-gated transaction rails. It is the regional expansion of the Edge-of-Growth platform, which operates in the US and Canada.
